WHEN ORDERING FROM WISH & PICKING UP AT WISH LOCAL
YOU HAVE UP TO 30 DAYS TO PICK UP YOUR SHIPMENT
Items left past the 30 days - WISH.COM will refund your purchase minus any applicable fee or charges and for WISH.COM Local to remove, destroy or send back the purchased item. This policy is beyond the WISH.COM Local control. All items are managed by WISH.COM and not your WISH.COM Local partner. Sometimes the item will be transferred to the WISH.COM Local inventory. Your item then can be purchased again at the price set by WISH.COM and picked up at the selected WISH.COM Local you have chosen.
When Picking-Up your purchase. Please bring your QR code given to you by WISH.COM through email. Once we scan your package you will immediately receive this QR code in a email stating your "ITEM IS READY FOR PICKUP." All packages received by us are not labeled with your name. For security reasons we only receive a code to pick your item.
Please do not call asking about your item as we don't have that information until we scan your QR code.

How can I check the status of my item(s)?
You can check your status by opening your WISH.COM app and clicking order history. Sue's Quilting Company does not have acess to your shipping information. Once we recieve your package - we will scan your package as recieved and you will recieve a email from WISH.COM stating your package is ready for pickup at our location.
Where do I locate my QR Code?
You can locate your QR code through the email sent to you by WISH.COM or you can recieve your QR code through your order history on the WISH.COM app.

Sue's Quilting Company is located in the heart of the historic area - downtown Jefferson City, MO.
How long to you keep my order?
Under WISH.COM policy. Orders are only held UP TO 30 DAYS. After such time - WISH.COM will refund your purchase minus a restocking fee and shipping charges.
