Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product or service from us. Which means we owe you a "thank you!" Nothing make us happier than a legion of happy Sue's Quilting Company customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing service, product and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know.

  • You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.

  • Certain products are covered by a limited warranty from the manufacture. If there is an issue with your product or service, then please email us at

  • If you want to return your item within 60 days after receipt,please email Sue's Quilting Company at to arrange a return pick-up.

  • NO REFUNDS - online purchases are eligible for online store credit or an exchange.

  • Online merchandise may not be returned or exchanged at our retail store. Similarly, merchandise in our retail store my not be returned or exchanged online.

  • RETURN ITEMS must be unwashed, unused with all original tags attached. Please for sanitary reasons. DO NOT REMOVE PROTECTIVE SLIP.

  • Merchandise must be returned 30 days of original order date. Returns made beyond this time limit will be refused and mailed back to the person or shipping address of the original order.

  • Some item marked "FINAL SALE" in the product description are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange. This includes all items in our sale sections.
